Thank you everyone for the great night at Cafe 1001.
We’re glad to see so many people getting more and more interested in short film. We’ve screened some real quality tonight and it certainly hasn’t been an easy task for our Judges to pick their 3 favourite films from our event ‘Nature of the Beast’. In the end Fabrizio, Fred and Larry come up with 3 names so congrats to the film-makers Sara Jewell, Chris Chung and David Bonneville on their films being picked as winners (all 3 at equal level, in no particular order). So, as for tradition the 3 winning film-makers are invited to sit at the Jury panel at our next event at Cafe 1001 on Thursday, August 7th called ‘Rocket Science’: unsurprisingly the event will revolve around science fiction..we’ve got some real gems ready for you :) Here’s the event page on FB https://www.facebook.com/events/412713702199824/
