Introducing tomorrow’s event special guest:

Dr David McCoy, director of Medact: a global health charity which works on the social, political and economic determinants of global health. Medact educates, analyses and campaigns for global health on issues related to conflict, poverty and the environment.

Dr David McCoy is a doctor and senior academic at the Centre for Primary Care and Public Health at Queen Mary University London.
As Director of Medact, he heads up the primary organisational vehicle for the medical peace movement in the UK.

We’re honoured to have Dr McCoy on board at our event Enemy at the Gates tomorrow night.

Introducing our Jury Panel for tomorrow’s event ENEMY AT THE GATES – 7 Short Films (7pm at Cafe 1001 – Free Entry): Alli, Sean and Tim willbe picking their 3 favourite films at the event.

Both Allison and Sean write for I’m With Geek: a website by creatives and journalists to help support art.

Tim is a producer at  Joyrider Films: a production company that is known for creating captivating visual storytelling, which combines performance, animation and VFX.

Joy Rider Films’ The Gate was selected as one of the 3 best films at our Sci-fi screening ROCKET SCIENCE back in August.
